All of their shirts are made of the finest fabrics imported from Italy and Japan and manufactured in the U.S., Peru, and Canada. Diamond Quilted Collar
Ike Behar's exclusive, U.S. patented, Diamond Quilted Collar provides the extra strength needed for the most utilized part of each shirt: the collar. This distinct stitching in the collar band reinforces the highest quality European lining all of which adds to the performance of the collar. In more practical terms, the diamond quilting helps to maintain the stability of the collar by strengthening the collar band helping it to maintain its natural shape especially after commercial laundering.

Single-Needle Stitching
Our 100% genuine single-needle stitching provides each seam with twice the strength of a standard seam. This process takes three times longer than conventional methods, however the seam is flatter, more comfortable and much more durable.

Stitches per Inch
The detail of an Ike Behar shirt can be easily seen in the 18 to 22 stitches per inch used throughout the shirt. The consistency of sewing more stitches per inch provides for a neater, flatter, and stronger seam.

Buttons
Ranging from our troca mother-of-pearl buttons to our unbreakable buttons, we carefully match our buttons to complement the fabric and style of each shirt. For convenience a spare button is always sewn into the front tail of every shirt.
